Our Story

Curious Team Learning started with a question that many students quietly carry inside them:
"What if the way we learn just doesn’t work for everyone?"

For our founder, Disha Audichya, this question came from her own experience. Like many students in India, she followed the path that seemed expected. She studied engineering, explored different career options, and kept trying to find where she fit. Along the way she tried many things, from pursuing a B.Tech to writing blogs and book reviews, and even considered becoming a lawyer.

But each time, something felt missing. Eventually the question became deeply personal: "Is there really nothing in this world that is meant for me?"

Around the same time, she kept coming across news about students struggling under academic pressure. In some heartbreaking cases, students were losing hope after being pushed into paths like JEE and NEET. It made her wonder—was the problem really the students, or the way we expect everyone to learn in the same way?

Then came the lockdown. For the first time in a long while, life slowed down. That pause gave Disha the space to reflect on her own journey, and she realized something important. When it came time to choose subjects or make decisions about her future, she had never really been guided to understand herself first. She did not know what she enjoyed learning, how she thought, or what kind of path actually suited her.

During this time, Lavish Sharma played an important role in shaping many of these conversations. Lavish had always been someone driven by curiosity. Since childhood, he would spend hours exploring ideas, from wondering about the universe to figuring out how everyday things work. That curiosity led him to experiment with drones, robotics, and coding, learning things far beyond what textbooks required. For him, learning was never just about finishing chapters—it was about understanding how things connect to the real world.

As they continued these conversations, a bigger question started to take shape: What if education helped children understand themselves before asking them to perform?

In 2021, they began working with students through Codru Education, helping children with academics and concepts they struggled with. Many students improved in their studies, but something else became very clear: A lot of children were tired, overwhelmed, and disconnected from learning itself. They were not struggling because they lacked ability. They were struggling because the environment they were learning in simply did not work for them.

The Birth of CuTe Learning

In 2025, Curious Team Learning was founded. It is a space built for children who need a more supportive and flexible way of learning. Here, learning is not one-size-fits-all. Classes are personalized based on how each child learns best.

Today, Curious Team Learning supports families who have chosen Alternative Learning by providing structured academic guidance and personalized teaching. This allows parents to choose Alternative Learning with confidence, while children get the time and freedom to explore their interests and connect with themselves.

Our Core Values

At Curious Team Learning, everything we do is guided by a simple belief: Education should support a child’s well-being, not come at the cost of it.

Student Well-being First

We care deeply about the mental and emotional health of the students we work with, while helping them grow academically.

Empathy Through Education

We believe learning should help children understand themselves and others better, fostering a deep sense of connection.

Community Over Competition

Instead of constant comparison, we encourage an environment where children support and uplift each other.

Disha Audichya

Founder & CEO

Disha founded Curious Team Learning after years of questioning the paths students are often expected to follow. Her own search for direction eventually led her to a bigger question: What if children were given the chance to understand themselves before being asked to decide their future?

Through Curious Team Learning, she hopes to create a space where children feel supported while discovering their interests, strengths, and possibilities. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and journaling, often reflecting on the challenges people face and how education can help address them.

Lavish Sharma

Co-Founder & Educator

Lavish has always approached learning with curiosity. As a child, he spent hours exploring questions that interested him. He built drones, experimented with robotics, learned how to code, and tried to understand how different ideas connect.

Over time, this curiosity shaped the way he teaches. His focus is on helping students truly understand what they are learning instead of simply memorizing information. At Curious Team Learning, he works closely with students to build their confidence, strengthen their concepts, and encourage them to think independently.
