RETURN POLICY
Physical Educational Kits & Hardware
1 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are exclusively accepted for physical Skill-Lab Kits that arrive materially damaged, defective, or containing incorrect/missing components resulting from manufacturing or transit errors.
- Returns are strictly not accepted for "buyer's remorse," change of mind, or standard wear-and-tear resulting from student utilization and experimentation.
Plain English Meaning
We only accept returns if your science or robotics kit arrives broken or is missing pieces. We do not accept returns just because you changed your mind, or if a piece breaks while your child is actively playing and learning with it.
2 The 48-Hour Reporting Window
- To qualify for an authorized return or hardware replacement, the Guardian must formally notify the Company within exactly forty-eight (48) hours of the recorded delivery timestamp provided by our logistics partner.
- Damage claims or missing component reports submitted beyond this 48-hour window will be evaluated solely at the Company's discretion and may be rejected.
Plain English Meaning
If something is wrong with the box, you must email us within 2 days of receiving it. If you open the box a week later and find a broken piece, we might not be able to accept the return.
3 Condition of Returned Items
- Authorized returns must be packed securely in their original shipping packaging, including all manuals, electronic components, and protective inserts.
- The product must remain unused, unaltered, and free of any secondary damages caused by the user prior to the return dispatch.
Plain English Meaning
If you are sending a defective kit back to us, you need to put everything back in the original box exactly how you found it. Do not throw away the instruction manuals or the bubble wrap.
4 Return Logistics & Shipping Costs
- For verified defective or transit-damaged items, the Company will bear all reverse shipping logistics and replacement dispatch costs. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address.
- If a return is initiated and, upon inspection, the returned item is found to be fully functional or damaged due to user error, the Company reserves the right to charge the user for the reverse shipping logistics tariff.
Plain English Meaning
If the kit is genuinely broken, we will send a courier to pick it up and we will pay for all the shipping. But if you send it back and our team finds out it works perfectly fine, we may have to charge you for those shipping costs.
5 How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
If you receive a defective or incomplete kit, please follow these exact steps within 48 hours:

Email our support desk at admin@curiousteamlearning.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Student Name]".

Attach clear, well-lit photographs or a short video demonstrating the defect, damage, or missing components.

Upon internal verification, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and schedule a courier pickup. A brand-new replacement kit or the missing parts will be dispatched immediately thereafter.
