  • We collect essential demographic and academic information (such as student age, grade level, and parent contact details) solely to construct personalized learning paths and Syllabus Trackers.
  • As part of the educational process, we track in-app performance metrics, attendance, and quiz scores to populate the Gamified Planetary Report system.
  • We strictly adhere to a data-minimization philosophy: we do not collect any information that is not directly required to deliver, secure, or improve the CuTe Learning experience.

Plain English Meaning

We only ask for the information we absolutely need to teach your child effectively and keep you updated on their progress. We track their scores and attendance so our gamified rewards system works, but we don't snoop for unnecessary personal data.

2 Data Protection & Zero-Sale Guarantee

  • All user data is encrypted at rest and in transit utilizing industry-standard cryptographic protocols (including SSL/TLS and secure JSON Web Tokens for session management).
  • Under no circumstances will Curious Team Learning Pvt. Ltd. sell, rent, or lease student profiles, parent contact details, or performance analytics to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.
  • Access to sensitive user data is strictly isolated on a need-to-know basis to authorized internal administrative and teaching staff only.

Plain English Meaning

We will never sell your or your child's data to advertisers. Ever. We lock everything down with modern security tools, and only the teachers and staff who directly support your child are allowed to see their file.

3 Live Class Recordings & Communication

  • To maintain instructional quality and provide revision materials, interactive live classes are recorded and stored on secure, proprietary servers.
  • Video recordings involving student faces or voices are restricted exclusively to the internal platform for enrolled students and are never published on public domains (e.g., YouTube) without explicit, separate written consent from the guardian.
  • In-platform chat logs and forum discussions are monitored by administrative staff to ensure compliance with our zero-tolerance anti-bullying policies.

Plain English Meaning

We record classes so students can review them later, but we never post these videos publicly on social media. We also keep an eye on chat rooms during class to make sure everyone is being kind and respectful.

4 Third-Party Gateways & Infrastructure

  • Financial transactions (UPI or Bank Transfers) are processed via secured, regulated banking gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers or raw banking credentials on our local servers.
  • We utilize verified third-party cloud infrastructure to host our platform. These providers are bound by strict enterprise-level confidentiality agreements to not access or utilize our database.

Plain English Meaning

When you pay us, the transaction goes through secure banks. We don't save your bank passwords or credit card numbers on our app. The companies that host our website are legally forbidden from peeking at our student data.

5 Account Deletion & Right to be Forgotten

Parents and legal guardians hold full authority over their child's digital footprint on our platform.

    Data Export: Upon written request, guardians may receive a compiled report of their child’s academic performance and profile data.

    Permanent Deletion: Guardians may request complete account termination at any time by emailing admin@curiousteamlearning.com. Upon verification, all personally identifiable information, performance metrics, and chat history will be permanently wiped from our active databases within 14 business days.

Plain English Meaning

You are in control. If you decide to leave our platform, you can email us to completely erase your child's account. Once we verify it's you, we will permanently delete their profile, grades, and information from our system within 14 days.
