1 Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Orders for physical learning materials, including Skill-Lab Kits (Science and Robotics), are initiated automatically upon successful enrollment.
  • Dispatch processing occurs within two (2) to three (3) business days following the successful clearance of initial platform fees and address verification.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national public holidays.

Plain English Meaning

Once you pay your admission fee and confirm your home address, we pack and ship your child's hands-on learning kits within 2 to 3 business days. We don't ship on Sundays or major holidays.

2 Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • The Company partners with verified, tier-one national logistics providers to ensure the secure transit of educational materials.
  • Standard delivery windows range between five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending heavily on the geographic location of the registered address within India.
  • Remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may experience extended delivery timelines of up to ten (10) business days.

Plain English Meaning

We use highly reliable couriers to send the kits. Depending on where you live in India, it usually takes about 5 to 7 days to arrive at your doorstep. If you live in a very remote area, it might take a few extra days.

3 Tracking & Address Modifications

  • Upon formal dispatch from our fulfillment center, a unique tracking identifier (AWB) will be transmitted to the registered Guardian via email and WhatsApp.
  • Address modifications must be formally requested within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation. Rerouting requests made post-dispatch cannot be guaranteed and may incur logistical delays.

Plain English Meaning

As soon as the box leaves our warehouse, we will WhatsApp and email you a tracking link. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, tell us within 24 hours. Once it leaves the building, it's very hard for us to change the destination.

4 Damaged, Missing, or Defective Components

  • We maintain strict quality control. However, in the event that a Skill-Lab Kit arrives with physical transit damage or missing components, the Guardian must raise a formally documented ticket within 48 hours of recorded delivery.
  • Notification must be sent to our support email with clear photographic evidence of the damaged parcel or component.
  • Upon internal verification, replacement components or a fresh kit will be dispatched immediately at no additional cost to the user.

Plain English Meaning

If the delivery box gets crushed in the mail or a robot piece is missing inside, snap a photo and email us within 2 days of receiving it. We will send you the replacement parts completely free of charge.

5 Undeliverable Packages & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Logistics partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
  • Should a parcel be returned to our facility (RTO) due to continuous unavailability of the recipient, refusal to accept, or a critically inaccurate address provided at registration, a secondary dispatch will be required.
  • The Company reserves the right to levy a nominal re-shipping tariff to cover the secondary logistical overhead before re-dispatching the returned kit.

Plain English Meaning

The delivery driver will try to deliver the box 3 times. If they can't find your house, or you aren't home to receive the package, it comes back to our warehouse. We may have to charge a small shipping fee to send it out to you a second time.
