Financial Terms & Account Policies
1 Free Demo Classes & Admissions
- Prospective students are structurally entitled to a single five (5) day free demonstration period across all platform plan variations.
- To maintain instructional momentum and guarantee continuous access to live interactive classes and custom learning paths, formal admission confirmation and registration must be fully completed by the end of the fifth (5th) day of the demo period.
Plain English Meaning
You get a 5-day free trial to experience our classes. If you want to keep attending and save your custom profile from being disconnected, you must confirm your admission and pay your fee by the 5th day.
2 Fee Payments & Grace Periods
- All transaction settlement functions are routed directly via Unified Payments Interface (UPI) or explicit bank transfer protocols straight to the Company's verified corporate accounts.
- Grace Period & Suspension: If dues remain unsettled past your billing deadline, our internal CRM team will issue a contact notification. The user is granted an additional five (5) day grace period. Failure to deposit fees inside this window triggers an automatic suspension of live streams, the Syllabus Tracker, and platform access.
Plain English Meaning
Fees are paid securely via UPI or Bank Transfer. If you forget to pay your bill on time, we don't kick you out immediately. We give you a 5-day warning grace period to settle the bill before we temporarily freeze your classes.
3 The Strict 5-Day Refund Rule
- All deposited fees are strictly refundable up to exactly five (5) days from the initial transaction date.
- Upon the passage of this 5-day threshold, all service fees become completely non-refundable.
- No credits, pro-rations, or payment pullbacks will be issued under any circumstances beyond the initial 5-day window, regardless of student attendance or platform utilization.
Plain English Meaning
You have exactly 5 days from the moment you make a payment to change your mind and ask for a full refund. Once those 5 days have passed, all sales are completely final and we cannot issue refunds or partial credits.
4 Non-Refundable Terminations (Code of Conduct)
- The platform maintains a strict zero-tolerance boundary regarding behavior. Any form of bullying, disrespect, misogyny, abusive language, or harassment targeted toward fellow students, platform educators, or administrative staff is strictly prohibited.
- Violations of the Code of Conduct will prompt immediate account deletion, platform ban, and contract termination. In such disciplinary events, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
Plain English Meaning
We protect our community heavily. If a student or parent bullies others, uses abusive language, or harasses our teachers, we will ban the account immediately and you will not get your money back.
5 How to Request a Refund
If you fall within the eligible 5-day window and wish to cancel your enrollment, please follow these steps:

Email our billing department at admin@curiousteamlearning.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Student Name]".

Include your original transaction ID/UPI Reference number and the phone number registered to your account.

Once approved, the refund will be routed back to your original payment source. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your banking institution.
